Planning For My Magazine Project

For my magazine project I need to take multiple photos that I can put onto the magzine front cover, contents page and feature article. these photos need to be of a good standard and also need to be original. I havent taken the pictures yet but I have set a deadline of them being taken by the half term, which is the week beginning the 18th February. So far I have planned who the models are going to be for the photos and also a few locations where I will take them, that will represent the genre of my magazine the best. It may take a number of shoots to get the pictures up to a good quality standard and this is why I have given myself three weeks to take them.

Production Schedule

As part of my organising and planning for the production of my magazine, I have decided to create a time line, so that I can plan what I am going to do week by week up until the 3rd March, which is the deadline for the project. The first thing that i have decided to do is give myself a deadline for when the first copy of my feature article needs to be completed by. I have decided to give myself three weeks, so from the week beginning the 28th January through to the week beginning the 11th February, this is when I will hand in the first draft and get it marked, so that I have plenty of time to make improvements if they are necessary.
